Summer to Autumn style

Summer feels like it wasn't even here. I've bought a ton of Summer clothing and its already getting cold and miserable out. Summer sales are here and it would be a pity, if we didn't take advantage of these amazing bargains. I have compiled some of my favourite summer sale pieces, which can be converted into autumnal looks. I am a great believer in making the most out of clothing and instead of ditching the summer looks totally. Simply layer them up, that way you'll make the most out of your short lived Summer wardrobe. When life gives you lemons

I haven't been an active blogger in some time, blame it on lack of motivation or even just life.  Recently I had a wake up call about life and how precious it is. Whether we experience extreme heartache or a simple change in our lives, we still have to remember that our lives matter. So if your feeling blue or feel like you can't bare to accept change. Look after yourself and let your loved ones in. The power of love is an incredible thing, self care starts from within. Help yourself first and even if its hard and you don't want to change your life goals. Start with something small and give yourself time to heal. I have included some simple yet effective things in this blog to help you and I on our way. Something to help the mind  www.amazon.co.uk £3.00 Something for healing the mind, body and soul   Himalayan Salt Lamp www.himalayan-salt-lamp-uk.co.uk £14.99 (sale price) Something that you can use to write down your thoughts

Bellamianta Luxury Tanning - Local NI Tanning Company

Image
Through the dark and cold winter days, we need something to warm us up and make us feel a little more alive.  Recently I had the pleasure of reviewing the Irish luxury tanning brand Bellamianta.  Bellamianta is one of only a handful of local tanning company that are both based and  manufactured in Ireland. The range provides clean, nutritious, luxury tanning products formulated with the cleanest ingredients without compromising on performance. The parcel I was gifted contained a luxurious velvety mitt (the most deluxe mitt I have ever came across), a full sized 200ml dark self tanning tinted lotion and a 50ml instant tan. Upon application I exfoliated and washed using non oily products as recommended. I then applied some light oil free moisturizer to my elbows, knees and feet. When I was ready to go, I applied a small amount of the dark tanning lotion to my mitt and started gently rubbing in the tan using circular motions.  I started with my arms and worked my way down to my legs.
