In my continuous journey to living a healthier lifestyle,I came across the local Donegal brand "Donegal Rapeseed Oil".Donegal Rapeseed is a 100% pure cold pressed Rapeseed oil.Which has been grown and produced locally in the a North West of Ireland,so you can't get any fresher than that.I normally cook with olive oil and apparently the Rapeseed oil has less than half the saturated fat than my usually cooking oil,which is defiantly a good reason to switch my oils as it's a heather option,having this result they say the product is one of the healthiest culinary oils in the market.On top of that the qualities of this super oil is endless,it contains no artificial flavourings and colours.It is also has a rich source of vitamin E, a natural antioxidant which helps to protect the body’s cells from damage.
