A little bit of “Cocoa Heaven”

We all need a little bit of cocoa heaven, Matt Williams has created just that, with his luxury handmade chocolate brand “Cocoa Heaven”. Matt is a patisserie chef located in my home town Enniskillen, in Co.Fermanagh. He creates decadent handmade chocolates, using only the finest cocoa and ingredients for his super indulgent chocolates. These are no ordinary chocolates. Matt’s choice of flavours are quite an experience. I had the chance to taste some of his luxury chocolates recently. I was wowed by the exquisite flavours and incredible craftsmanship. My favourite flavours included Golden orchid, a smooth green apple caramel, encased inside a milk chocolate dome. Nights of passion, a fragrant passion fruit caramel centre encased in a milk chocolate dome. Berry heaven, a smooth raspberry ganache encased in a rich dark chocolate heart.
