My Five Favourite S/S 2016 Catwalk Collections

If your suffering from the January blues like myself,then I know that you will love this seasons hottest designers and their show stopping collections. I have selected five of my favourite designers from the S/S 2016 catwalk collections to give you a taste of what to expect in the following seasons.Be ready to store away them thick and heavy clothes which you have been wearing all through winter.Prepare yourself for S/S 2016,as this seasons most stylish trends will defiantly make you brighten up in many ways.This season brings us a wide variety of trends to choose from.Vibrant colours,vivid prints,sheers,modern stripes and customised denim pieces.Make sure that you inject a little bit of oomph into your wardrobe this season.I hope that my selected designers will inspire you to push the fashion boundaries.I suggest that you start stocking up on charity shop,vintage shop finds,if you want to be extra unique.

Dolce&Gabbana S/S 2016 Catwalk Collection:

Dolce&Gabbana's S/S 16 collection,is very quirky and modem but still gives of that classic traditional italian feel that Dolce&Gabbana are renowned for.From coloured stripes,floral prints,sheer fabrics and simply divine appliqué and embroidery.Dolce&Gabbanna has really out done themselves.I personally adore the multi coloured cartoon appliqué and embroidery added to some simple yet effective designs.Along with some eye catching floral prints,which will get you into that holiday feeling.

Stella McCartney S/S 2016 Catwalk Collection:

In the Spring and Summer months,we try to enjoy some day trips out in the warmer weather.We especially love to have picnics in parks with family and friends.Stella McCartney is really taking advantage of the picnic print trend and sports luxe trend in her S/S 2016 catwalk collection.Both of these trends have been flawlessly collaborated creating a casual/classic look.Who would of thought that the traditional picnic blanket print,would look soo stylish and chic.I really like that this traditional print has been given a modern lift,using some fabulous bright colours and shapes.

Balmain S/S 2016 Catwalk Collection:

Balmain's S/S 16 catwalk collection this season is rich in colour and the textured fabrics used are unbelievable.The colour scheme from this collection is my favourite by far.Using tans,blues,greens and black tones contrasted together creating one powerful colour palette.The fabrics and materials are mixed between sequins,suedes and metals amongst others creating a powerful overall effect.From jumpsuits to mini dresses,Balmains collection will suit any taste.I particularly adore the jumpsuits,as I think that they are a perfect way to evoke the masculine trend this season.

Versace S/S 2016 Catwalk Collection:

Bringing out the wild side this season with Versaces S/S 16 collection.Inspired by the safari trend Versaces collection has been made up off,over sized safari style tan jackets,oversized khaki waist coats.Which have been finished off with some statement metal belts to show off the waist.Accesorises this season have been colour coordinated with the designs giving off that matchy match look.Create your own safari chic look this season and make a statement.Using clothing and accesories bought from the high street shops and even from your local charity shops.

McQueen S/S 2016 Catwalk Collection:

Denim is one of the most versatile materials and once typically used by the working man and women.Throughout the years it has been worn constantly by many of us.This season the customised denim trend is very powerful.Mcqueen have used denim in many of their designs and have made the most casual material into high fashion and super stylish pieces.We can also see that the denim has been manipulated in many ways in this collection.Whether you wear denim on denim or if you wish to have the denim only highlighted in your ensemble.Be sure to take advantage of this trend by customising your own pieces,so that it fits into your own style.
