This seasons hottest trends
This Season we have a variety of quirky and fun trends in stall for S/S 2015, be sure to be the trendest women around town. From soft and gentle pastels to stand out metallics, I am in love with this seasons hottest trends.I have chosen my five favourite S/S 2015 catwalk trends to help you create your own wardrobe looks.
Metallics:
Monique lhuillier
FELDER FELDER
Designers this season such as Monique Ihuiller and FELDER FELDER have been working the metallic trend in the most simple yet effective way, using this trend in the form of pleated classic gowns and edgy fitted skirts. So that you have a good choice of metallic garments to work with, which you can dress up or down this season accordingly.
Playtime Pattering:
Ashish
Fyodor Golon
Fun and quirky is the way to be this S/S,as we can see this very clearly on the catwalk this season from designers Ashish and Fyodor Golan. So don't be afraid to mix&match some slogan t-shirts up with brightly coloured bottoms or skirts. My favourite design combination coming from London based designer Ashish.Where the designer has combined both jean material and sequins creating some fun and funky faces and random objects, for that casual high fashion look.
Stripe Street:
Victoria Beckham
Vivienne Westwood
Stripes are back this season and here at Printed skull ink,I am loving the range of horizontal, vertical and curved stripes. On the catwalk we have monochrome and neutral striped designs from designers Victoria Beckham and Vivienne Westwood in the form of floaty summer dresses and high waisted skirts.Whether your a classic kind of girl or a modern maiden there's a stripe print here for you this season.
Checks:
Diane Von Furstenburg
Stella Jean
Another big trend this season is the check trend, the traditional checks have came back with a blast and are looking very modern and very stylish this season. With arty checks from designer Diane Von Furstenburg having a traditional black and white check with an injection of bright yellow colour, giving that traditional look with a twist of modern style.Another designer who has made check look very chic and classy is designer Stella Jean. With her vivid coloured fitted pencil skirts with floaty bottom design, which curves the check around, also giving that modern yet classic look.
Red Orange:
Ralph Lauren
Antonio berardi
Feeling a little blue this S/S,then I've got a trend to warm you right up.The Red orange trend has been hitting the high fashion catwalk this season and I must admit it is defiantly a hit for me.The warm red orange looks absolutely amazing.Designers like Ralph Lauren have lifted us up with this colour trend in the form of shirt dresses finished off with matching coloured waist belts.Designer Antonio berardi has used red orange as part of his colour blocking ensembles, making this trend a little extra special.
I hope that you have enjoyed my blog and don't forget to check back soon!!!
